The BBQ Ninja’s Easter Pineapple Cherry Glazed Ham
1 (3lb) Boneless Ham
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup cherry juice
1 cup of barbecue sauce
½ cup of crushed pineapple
1.Build fire with combo of Lump on top of All Natural Briquets.
2.Combine pineapple, cherry juice and barbecue sauce to make ham glaze.
3.Place ham on the smoker and cook for 1 ½ hours brushing on glaze every 30 minutes.
4.Remove and top ham with crushed pineapple and whole cherries.
