The BBQ Ninja’s Easter Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 (21oz) can of crushed pineapples
- 1 jar of cherries
- 1 Box of pineapple cake mix (follow ingredients on the box)

Directions
- Build fire with Royal Oak Lump charcoal.
- Mix pineapple cake mix according to package instructions.
- Spray muffin tin and place a tablespoon of crushed pineapple in the bottom with a cherry.
- Pour batter 2/3 full and place on the smoker at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or when a toothpick comes out clean.
- Take off, turn over and ENJOY!
