The BBQ Ninja’s Easter Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 (21oz) can of crushed pineapples
  • 1 jar of cherries
  • 1 Box of pineapple cake mix (follow ingredients on the box)

Directions

  1. Build fire with Royal Oak Lump charcoal.
  2. Mix pineapple cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Spray muffin tin and place a tablespoon of crushed pineapple in the bottom with a cherry.
  4. Pour batter 2/3 full and place on the smoker at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or when a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Take off, turn over and ENJOY!
