Ribeye Teriyaki Kabobs
2 8 Oz ribeyes
1/2 fresh pineapple
Red and green peppers
1/2 cup Soy sauce
Kosmos pineapple heat rib glaze
1. Cut ribeye into cubes and marinate 30 minutes in soy sauce
2. Cube vegetables and pineapple
3. Assemble skewers and grill until med rare(130 degrees) or to desired temperature. Glaze with teriyaki and pineapple heat.
4. Top with scallions.
