Ribeye Teriyaki Kabobs
Ingredients
2 8 Oz ribeyes
1/2 fresh pineapple
Red onion
Red and green peppers
Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup Soy sauce
Skewers
Kosmos pineapple heat rib glaze
Scallions
Directions
1. Cut ribeye into cubes and marinate 30 minutes in soy sauce.
2. Cube vegetables and pineapple
3. Assemble skewers and grill until med rare (130 degrees) or to desired temperature. Glaze with teriyaki and pineapple heat.
4. Top with scallions.
