Directions

.Open flat iron steak and pat it dry with paper towels.

.Season the flat iron steak with salt.

.Allow the steak to rest for an hour in the fridge.

.Make the roasted garlic marinade by placing ½ a cup of Spice World’s Squeezable Garlic, in a small saucepan, over medium heat.

.Slowly roast/brown the garlic to your liking.

.Once the garlic has reached the desired color remove from the heat and add the 1/4 cup of olive oil.

.Pour the mixture in a large Ziploc bag and add the flat iron. Toss the steak around to coat all sides.

.Place back in the fridge to marinade for 2 to 4 hours.

.Mix up extra garlic and butter to top off the steak. Combine a stick of room temp butter, 1 tablespoon of Spice World’s Squeezable Garlic, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley.

.Mix in the bowl and spoon out when needed.

.Fire up your grill or smoker with Royal Oak Lump Charcoal. Get the fire nice and hot

.Place the flat iron on and watch carefully.

.Once the flat iron has reached 125 degrees remove it from the heat and allow it to rest.

.Top off the steak with the garlic butter and enjoy.
