Smoked Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 6 oz of bittersweet chocolate
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 2Tbs of flour
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of Sugar
- Pinch of Salt

- Charcoal Grill
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Mixer
- Mixing spoon
- 8 oz Ramekins
Directions
1. Beat the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until stiff and pale.
2. In a double boiler, melt together butter and chocolate until smooth.
3. Combine egg mixture with chocolate mixture, gently fold in 2 Tbsp of flour.
4. Fill buttered and floured ramekins to the top with chocolate cake mixture, cook on your smoker or Green Mountain grill at 300 for about 8-12 minutes.
5. Let rest for 2 minutes before flipping onto a dessert plate. The cakes will have a warm molten center paired perfectly with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
