Smoked Jerk Chicken
1.Cut down the back bone and flatten chicken.
2.Mix brown sugar, cilantro, coconut milk and Jerk sauce together.
3.Cover both sides of the chicken in sauce and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
4.Place on smoker and cook until internal temp is 165.
5.Take chicken off the smoker, top with mango chutney. Let meat rest. Enjoy!
