Mike Johnson Smoked Jerk Chicken

Whole Chicken
Cilantro
Jerk Sauce
Brown Sugar
Coconut Milk
Mango Chutney

- Metal Tongs
- Cutting Board
- Sharp Knief
Directions
1. Cut down the backbone and flatten the chicken.
2. Mix brown sugar, cilantro, coconut milk, and Jerk sauce.
3. Cover both sides of the chicken in sauce and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
4. Place on the smoker and cook until the internal temp is 165.
5. Take chicken off the smoker and top with mango chutney. Let meat rest. Enjoy!
