Smoked Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • Stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 Cup self-rising flour
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 3/4 Cup of cold milk
  • Large can of peaches
  • Cinnamon to the top

Directions

1. Place a stick of unsalted butter in a 9″ by 13″ pan. Place the pan in your smoker (set at 350) to melt the butter.

2. Mix the flour, sugar, and milk together until it is mixed, not until it is smooth.

3. Pour the flour mixture on top of the melted butter.

4. Add a large can of peaches on top.

5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

6. Add back to the smoker until the top is light brown and the sides are bubbling.
