1.Beef Cheeks

2.Rubs of Choice

3.Tortillas of Choice

4.Toppings of Choice

5.Beef Broth


1.Trim beef cheeks.

2.Season with rubs of choice.

3.Smoke at 250 for one hour, fat side down.

4.Transfer to dutch oven to tenderize. Set back on grill.

5.Add beef broth to cover up the bottom of the pot.

6.Cook until tender and falling apart.

7.Pull apart with your hands.

8.Grill tortillas of choice.

9.Add toppings of choice.

10.Assemble and enjoy.
