Texas Cheesy Potatoes


4 baking potatoes, sliced thin

1qt heavy cream

1stick of butter, sliced

2cups parmesan cheese

1cup cheddar cheese

Salt and Pepper


1.Light Royal Oak charcoal and get smoker up to 375 degrees.

2. Layer potatoes, butter, parmesan and pour cream over the top. The cream should cover all of the potatoes.

3. Place on the smoker, cover and place some charcoal on top of the Dutch Oven pot.

4. Cook for hour and half and remove cover and spread cheese over the top.

5. Take off and ENJOY!
