Easter Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
1 bunch asparagus
1 Tablespoon olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1.Prepare your grill with Royal Oak Charcoal to cook at Medium-High heat (around 400-450 degrees F).
2.Rinse the asparagus and pat dry. Trim the ends off the asparagus.
3.Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4.Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap the asparagus in bundles with bacon.
5.Place the bundles directly on the grill grates. Cook each side 4 to 5 minutes or until the asparagus is tender and the bacon is crispy. Enjoy!
