Thanksgiving B’Mackin Veggie Tray


Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 3 Bell Peppers
- 3 Zucchini
- 3 Yellow Squash
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Mudville Prime Sweet Rub

- Royal Oak® 100% All Natural Hardwood Lump
- Royal Oak® Tumbleweeds
- Sharp Knief
- Aluminum Pan
Directions
1. Wash the Veggies.
2. Break the bottoms off of the Asparagus.
3. Slice the top and bottom off of the Bell Peppers. Remove the seeds and membrane from the middle. Slice into half-inch wide strips.
4. Slice Zucchini on a bias into ½-inch wide slices.
5. Slice Yellow Squash on a bias also into ½-inch wide slices.
6. Put all of the veggies into a half pan.
7. Set the smoker to 275 degrees.
8. Drizzle veggies with olive oil.
9. Rub with Mudville Prime Sweet.
10. Toss the veggies until it is coated with oil and rub.
11. Cook uncovered for @30 minutes.
12. Serve and Enjoy!
