Thanksgiving Cornbread Dressing
4 cups self rising cornmeal
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups buttermilk
1 pan cornbread
12 Oz frozen season blend
6 chicken thighs
4 cups (reserved) chicken stock
Salt, pepper, sage
1.Pour oil into pan and heat.
2.Mix all ingredients together and add hot oil back to the mix.
3.Pour mixture back into pan and smoke at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
1.Boil chicken thighs in water.
2,Crumble all cornbread into a bowl and add season blend.
3.Pull chicken and add to cornbread mixture.
4.Add salt, pepper and sage to taste.
5.Add reserved liquid a little at a time until all combined.
6.Pour loose mixture into a cast iron pan and smoke at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
