The BBQ Ninja’s Smoked Italian Mac And Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1-8oz package of uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pack of dry Italian salad dressing
  • 2 8oz blocks of sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup of Italian breadcrumbs

Directions

1. Heat drum smoker up to 350 degrees.

2. Cook elbow macaroni to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. Combine milk, flour, and Italian seasoning pack and mix vigorously.

4. Then mix in cheese and macaroni.

5. Pour mixture into a greased pan and put on the smoker for 30 minutes and then add breadcrumbs let cook for another 10 minutes.

6. Take off the smoker. Enjoy!
