Thanksgiving Turkey And Cranberry Relish


Cranberry Relish:

52 Oz orange juice

2 bags fresh cranberries

3 cups sugar

2 tbsp garlic paste

2 tbsp ginger  paste

2 tbsp basil


turkey breast

dry rub(s) of choice


Cranberry Relish:

1.Combine and cook over medium heat for 2 hours. Enjoy!


1.Thaw turkey safely and rub with your favorite dry rub(s).

2.Smoke over indirect heat (at 250 degrees) using Royal Oak Charcoal and pecan wood until turkey reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees. (Smoking time depends on size of the turkey, the larger the bird, the longer the cook time).
