Thanksgiving White Castle Stuffing
Ingredients
- 8-10 White Castle, sliders, no pickles
- 1 3/4 cups, diced celery
- 1 teaspoons ground thyme
- 2 teaspoons ground sage
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound Favorite ground sausage
- 1 pound hamburger- feel free to use less meat its too much
- One 12 ounce pack seasoned stuffing mix or we prefer, 6 ounce stove top and 6 ounce herb seasoned stuffing
- 4 cups hot chicken broth, will probably need more ½ way through cooking

Directions
1. Tear sliders into pieces, add celery and seasoning, sausage, hamburger, and crouton mix into a large mixing bowl.
2. Once in the bowl, add hot chicken broth and mix until the crouton shape disappears.
3. Add to 9 x 13 baking dish.
4. Bake covered at 350° for approximately 40 minutes then uncover for 10 more minutes.
