Thanksgiving White Castle Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 8-10 White Castle, sliders, no pickles
  • 1 3/4 cups, diced celery
  • 1 teaspoons ground thyme
  • 2 teaspoons ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound Favorite ground sausage
  • 1 pound hamburger- feel free to use less meat its too much
  • One 12 ounce pack seasoned stuffing mix or we prefer, 6 ounce stove top and 6 ounce herb seasoned stuffing
  • 4 cups hot chicken broth, will probably need more ½ way through cooking

Directions

1. Tear sliders into pieces, add celery and seasoning, sausage, hamburger, and crouton mix into a large mixing bowl.

2. Once in the bowl, add hot chicken broth and mix until the crouton shape disappears.

3. Add to 9 x 13 baking dish.

4. Bake covered at 350° for approximately 40 minutes then uncover for 10 more minutes.
