Three Hog Night Smokers Ribs
Ingredients
Kosmos Dirty Bird Rub
Kosmos Killer Bee Chipotle rub
Brown sugar
Butter
Honey
Kosmos Peach Habanero Rib glaze
Lime soda
Kosmos Sweet Smoke sauce
Directions
1.Cut membrane off of ribs.
2. Coat Kosmos Dirty Bird on the back of the ribs and Kosmos Killer Bee on the top.
3.Place the ribs on preheated grill. Cook for 1 to 1 and a half hours. Flipping every 20 minutes.
4.Prepare foil wrap for ribs. Make a layer of brown sugar, honey, Peach Habanero rib glaze and lime soda.
5.Place ribs on top. Make a layer of brown sugar, honey, Peach Habanero rib glaze and lime soda.
6.Close the foil wrap and put back on the grill.
7.Finishing rub: mix three parts Killer Bee to one part Dirty Bird. Grind to form a powder and top ribs. Enjoy!
