Leslie Scott’s Firecracker Carrots
Ingredients
1 lbs baby carrots
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup honey
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes
Directions
1. Add butter to a cast-iron pot heated over Royal Oak charcoal.
2. Once melted add carrots and allow them to brown with the butter.
3. After carrots have started to soften, add salt, pepper, honey, and red pepper flakes, and allow to simmer until sticky. Enjoy!
