Smoked Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 8oz Smithfield Hometown Sausage (browned)
- 8oz pasteurized crab meat (shells pieces removed)
- One 10 to 14oz jar artichoke hearts packed in water (chopped)
- 8oz red onion (diced)
- 8oz softened cream cheese
- 8oz Dukes Mayo
- 8oz parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

Directions
1. Brown and drain your Smithfield sausage in a skillet. Be sure to break the pieces up as small as possible.
2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and stir or fold together adding the seasoning a little at a time to get it evenly distributed.
3. Place the mixture into a greased casserole dish (we like ramekins for single servings).
4. Dust the top of the dip with a little more Old Bay seasoning and place on the smoker at 350 for 35 minutes or until the sides are bubbling and browning.
5. Use a torch or a broiler to lightly brown the rest of the top. Serve with Frito Scoops!
