Wolf’s Revenge Crab Dip


8oz Smithfield Hometown Sausage (browned)

8oz pasteurized crab meat (shells pieces removed)

One 10 to 14oz jar artichoke hearts packed in water (chopped)

8oz red onion (diced)

8oz softened cream cheese

8oz Dukes Mayo

8oz parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning


1.Brown and drain your Smithfield sausage in a skillet. Be sure to break the pieces up as small as possible.

2.Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and stir or fold together adding the seasoning a little at a time to get it evenly distributed.

3.Place the mixture into a greased casserole dish (we like ramekins for single servings).

4.Dust the top of the dip with a little more Old Bay seasoning and place on the smoker at 350 for 35 minutes or until the sides are bubbling and browning.

5.Use a torch or a broiler to lightly brown the rest of the top. Serve with Frito Scoops!
