Bacon Wrapped Cheese Ravioli
Ingredients
- 1 (22-ounce) bag frozen ravioli (Heath used 4-cheese)
- 1 (1 pound) package of thin-cut bacon, sliced in half
- Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Rub
Fuel & Equipment
- Royal Oak® 100% Charcoal Pellets
- Wire Cooling Racks
- Sheet Pan
Directions
1. Stoke the pellet grill of choice with Royal Oak Charcoal Hardwood Pellets and fire it up to 325℉.
2. Remove the ravioli and bacon from its packaging. Cut the bacon in half. Lay a baking rack on a sheet pan and spray it with avocado oil. This creates a nonstick surface for the bacon.
3. Wrap half a piece of thin-cut bacon around the pasta, starting with the bottom side of the ravioli. Lay the ravioli on the greased baking tray, leaving ample space between each one. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
4. Dusted the cheese ravioli with Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Rub.
5. Take the baking rack off the sheet pan and lay it directly on the pellet grill. Shut the lid and let the bacon ravioli cook for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Your Bacon Wrapped Cheese Ravioli is done when the bacon is crisp and the ravioli golden. Take the baking rack off the grill and let the dish cool before digging in. Enjoy!
