Leslie Scott’s Orange and Banana Hand Pies
Ingredients
- Flour
- Water
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 can of refrigerated orange cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 cup marmalade (preferred grapefruit but orange or any will work)
Equipment & Fuel
- Royal Oak® 100% Charcoal Pellets
- Pellet Grill
- Baking Sheet
Directions
1. Flour board and roll out a single orange roll.
2. Place 3 slices of banana and a tablespoon of marmalade in the center.
3. Paint water around the edges and fold over.
4. Crimp sides with a fork.
5. Bake in pellet smoker for 8-10 minutes at 400.
6. Warm together butter, glaze from the rolls, and 2 tbsp of marmalade.
7. Glaze pies and let cool.
