Megan Day’s Korean Ribs


4-5poundsbeefshort ribs
1 Cup Soy Sauce
½ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Water
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
3 Green Onions, bulb thinly sliced (Save greens for garnish)
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Sesame Seeds
Sealable bag


1. Rinse short ribs underwater to remove any shards from the butchering.

2. Pat dry and place in a resealable bag.

3. Place all marinade ingredients in the bag and gently squeeze to mix ingredients.

4. Seal the bag and place it in the fridge.

5. Allow beef short ribs to marinate for at least four hours.

6. Prepare grill for medium-high heat.

7. Lightly oil the greats and cook for approximately three minutes on each side.

8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
