Richard Fergola’s Pork Brisket Slider
Ingredients
- Buns
- Bacon
- Pork Brisket
- Duck Fat Spray
- Premixed Slaw Mix
- Kosmos Apple Chipotle BBQ Sauce
- Fergolicious American Pie Seasoning
Equipment & Fuel
- Royal Oak® 100% Charcoal Pellets
- Pellet Grill
Directions
1. Spray duck fat onto the front and back of the meat.
2. Season each side with Fergolicious American Pie Seasoning.
3. Sweat meat for 15-20 minutes prior to grilling.
4. Flip after 5-7 minutes and pull at 140 internal temperature.
5. Slice into thin pieces against the grain of the meat.
6. Add Pork Brisket Slices onto the bun.
7. Add your favorite slaw mix onto the slider.
8. Add cooked applewood bacon to the slider.
9. Finish with Kosmos Apple Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
