The BBQ Ninja Cedar Plank Lemon Dill Glazed Salmon Fillet


  • 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
  • 6tsp of Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 3 Lemons Juiced
  • 2 tsp of fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp of Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 2lb Salmon Fillet or slices

Equipment & Fuel


1. Set Grill to 300 degrees with Royal Oak 100% Charcoal Pellets.

2. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

3. Place fish on cedar planks and put them on the grill.

4. Glaze fillet(s) multiple times during the cooking process.

5. When the Salmon is flakey, finish with the lemon pepper seasoning.
