The BBQ Ninja’s Smoked Pumpkin Pie Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 15oz can of pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/3 cup of evaporated milk
  • 2tbl spoon of cinnamon sugar
  • 1 cup of honey roasted pecans
  • 1 bag of mini marshmallow’s
  • Pre cooked flatbread pizza’s 2 Count

Directions

  1. Pre heat pellet grill using Royal Oak 100% charcoal pellets to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine pie filling, evaporated milk and cinnamon sugar. Mix well. On the flatbread layer the pie filling, cinnamon sugar, pecans and then marshmallow’s. Put on pellet cooker and cook for 20-30 minutes or until the marshmallows get brown.
  3. This recipe will make 2 flatbread pizza’s.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
